GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clientsDuties include but not limited to:
Customer Service skillsObserve and report activities at an assigned siteAbility to sit, stand and/or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift)Ability to work indoor and outdoor in a variable environmentClimb stairs, ladders or ramps occasionally during shiftRespond quickly to critical situationsProvide access control to facilityAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce procedure, regulation, and standards of clientOccasionally lift or carry up to 50 poundsOther duties as assigned by Garda Security and client contract requirementsQualificationsSuccessful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United StatesAt least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsDemonstrate a stable work historyA valid California BSIS Guard Card is required - 40 hours of completion is preferredPossess a valid CA Drivers license Posses or able to obtain CPR/1ST AID certificationPass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
