Structural Steel Division Manager - Salaried Position
The Scope of the position is to oversee all job site related installation activities and provide over-all direction of day to day activities relating Structural Steel Installation. Including Stairs and hand rails, As well as oversee all Project Management.
The right candidate needs to have 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in job site related activities specializing in installing of structural steel, Handrails and stairs. Candidate should have at least 4-6 years' experience in a management leadership position and must be familiar with Structural Steel Fabrication, Miscellaneous Metals. Candidate must also have C51 Contractors License.
RESPONSIBILITES
o Manage approximately 5 to 10 jobs at one time.
o Supervise and coordinate all activities of outside erection as well as Company employees that will be working on the job site
o Responsible for safety, scheduling, budget and cost control of all assigned work.

QUALIFICATIONS
o 4-6 years of experience as a supervisor of (20) or more fabricators,welders
o Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
o Experienced in QA/QC programs and procedures
o Expert level knowledge of all welding methods, procedures, and quality control
o Working knowledge of cranes, and all job site equipment.
o The ability to communicate and work effectively with managers, field personnel, customers, and employees
o Wage rate depending on experience/Salaried position
