Network Engineer Level 2
Description:
Execute superior technical engagements both in the support department as well as on-site. Participate in migration and deployment of all technologies offered. Engage in deep technical levels within assigned opportunities. Ability to understand clients IT architecture, identify risks and translate feature and function set into customer solutions at all levels of the client organization level.
Responsibilities:
Obtain both company and individual certifications as directed by management
Design and deploy software and hardware solutions
Work with partners and end-users to transition into hosted and cloud based solutions
Implement and support technical solutions
Perform installation and maintenance for contracted clients
Perform network readiness assessments for all vertical markets
Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation
Provide quality assurance documentation and peer review on projects
Work to become subject matter expert based on management directions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, technology partners and internal team
Ensure customer service is first in anything you do to drive 100% positive user experience
You will be required from time to time to pass a background check for special projects as we as access to specific venue
Compensation:
DOE, includes paid education, great benefits and bonus Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
