We are currently recruiting for General Managers
In-Shape General Managers drives outstanding results selling memberships and providing excellent member service by exceeding expectations, recruiting and developing your team, and the daily operation of the club. The GM should think of a club as their business and is responsible for the making it the BEST!
QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
o 3
years' experience in a Health Club / Fitness facility preferred
o 3-5 years' experience working directly with customers/members and delivering high-satisfaction rates
o 3
years leading managers and multi-department teams
o Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
o 2
years in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of improving sales year-over-year
o Bilingual skills a plus
