We are currently hiring Assistant Fitness Managers for our personal training division.
The In-Shape Assistant Manager and Fitness Sales Manager work together driving sales to achieve goals, assuring great member experience, conducting introductory FITSTART sessions, and hiring great Personal Trainers.
Job Requirements
o Bachelor's degree (kinesiology, sports medicine or related field preferred)
o Current or expired certified Personal Training certification from an accredited program required
o Previous sales and supervisory experience required
o Bilingual skills a plus
o Strong motivational skills
o Previous personal training experience a plus
