Provides clinical services related to the evaluation and treatment of communication disordersEvaluates speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, oral-motor functions, non-speech communication, developmental assessments and auditory screeningsPlans and implements individual and group treatments, provides education and trainings and communicates with physicians and other health professionalsServes as technical specialist on daily tasks and casesRegularly models/mentors and trains staff on technical skillsJob Requirements:

Required Speech-Language Pathology (SLP):
Required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP):

Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlinesCompletes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attentionUses appropriate clinical techniques and tools, establishes individualized treatment plans for patients and completes necessary documentationMeets established department and hospital in-service standards for attendance, presentation and coordinationMeets established special project participation standards, as assigned within the departmentProvides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniquesEstablishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate partiesPerforms other job-related duties as assignedOrganizational Requirements:
