Minimum of 5 years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractorsDevelopment of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plusCivil construction experience and equipment knowledgeAbility to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project scheduleSolid written and oral communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.
Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.
Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.
Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offsProficiency with industry practices, processes and standardsOSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.
Enforce company safety regulationsSalary Range $100,000-$180,000 annually.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
