Primary Responsibility:
A Project Manager provides support to insure efficient operation of the office.
You will support senior level managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization.
The job scope includes communicating via phone and email insuring that all duties completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Coordinate incoming and outgoing estimates with the estimating departmentDocument control; filing, saving, scanning and archiving documentsCoordinate office equipment maintenanceProject file setup and administrationReport generationOrder office suppliesManage front desk reception and incoming callsOther duties as assigned essential
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED requiredProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelDetail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced office environmentExceptional communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent organization skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use close vision; use distance vision; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee is frequently required to lift or move up to 10 lbs.
