A successful applicant will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and will be responsible for regular communication with clients.
The ability to multitask, prioritize and work well with others is essential.
Responsibilities:
Accounting experience Office/Clerical Logistics background ( a plus) Talk to customers on the phone and over email to explain commissions and payments.
Monitor credit card transactions.
Enter data into QuickBooks.
Maintain a calendar for upcoming payments.
Follow up with customers to ensure that payments have been made.
Responding to payment inquires Data Entry of expenses into managment system Sending invoices to customers and tracking payment collection This is a part time position consisting of 5 hrs with hours of 9am to 2pm Monday -Friday, some flexiblility with schedule.
