Summary:
The Fulfillment Manager and Logistics Controller is responsible for managing our fulfillment department and team in regards to all online, Holiday and wholesale orders along with overseeing the coordination of inventory, purchasing, bottling, shipping and freight logistics.
In addition, this person would assist our Executive Team with important financial decisions, prepare business and forecast reports, and help us maximize profits/find new expansion areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous Management and Fulfillment Experience.
- Ability to understand and operate all areas of the fulfillment supply.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Take ownership for different projects and manage direct reports in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to lead, train and manage staff.
- Good written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively deal with multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Job Type:
