To provide internal marketing tasks and move-in coordination that supports a smooth and compassionate transition from initial inquiry to move-in.
FUNCTIONAL ROLE Key person is following up on inquiries, scheduling tours, conducting initial appraisals of prospective residents, coordinating next steps in the move-in process including the move-in paperwork, room readiness, resident care coordination, and move-in date logistics.
AUTHORITY Works closely with administrators and resident care coordinators Administrator has ultimate decision authority as to move-ins and move-outs Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales and Inquiries from Prospective Residents, Family Members and Professional Referral Sources Take initial telephone inquiry calls Make follow up calls Tour prospective residents and/or their families throughout the community, obtaining and providing pertinent information to help them make a decision to move to the community With administrator support, create a tour tree so that other trained team members can give tours and provide appropriate information Conduct follow-up calls from Call Center and other digital advertising Utilize Inquiry form and CRM to track and communicate inquiry and move-in process Keep CRM up to date and provide weekly reports as requested Monitor sales traffic, closing ratios and provide monthly reporting Create professional and accurate paper and digital inquiry packets Participant in the development of quarterly marketing plans and community events Move-In Coordination and Follow-up Oversee move- in process to help ensure a pleasant experience for the new residents and family members Coordinate with administrator or resident care coordinator regarding completion of the appraisals, medication, LIC 602s, and other health care paperwork Create professional and accurate move-in packets Utilize CiminoCare electronic move-in system when appropriate Develop a system to help ensure timely appraisals and accurate paperwork that meets regulatory compliance Provide written and verbal move-in coordination communication so that all departments are ready for the move-in Complete necessary move-in paperwork and collect agreed upon community fee, monthly rate including level of care fees Communicate with third party payers to help ensure approvals, appropriate monthly rates and clarity regarding share of costs Communicate with Social workers, outside agencies and family members as it relates to potential residents and move-in follow-up Culture and Integrity Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Honor residents' personal and property rights, respect privacy Maintain professionalism and uphold corporate values in all activities Perform all other duties as assigned MEASUREMENTS OF PERFORMANCE Community has a high census with an increased number of move-ins Community's Satisfaction Surveys measure high satisfaction rates with move-in process Community inquiries are followed-up on in a timely fashion The move-in paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
